I loved the cozy vibe and the amazing location near the Blue Mosque! The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were super helpful. Just be aware there's no elevator, so pack light! 😊

clean room, breathtaking Bosphorus view, charming streets
The cleanliness could seriously improve!!! There was litter under the furniture and the bathroom fan looked filthy. Fix the towel and toilet paper holders. they fall down easily when used!!!

The staff were friendly but not at all attentive. the room was so small we barely had space for our luggage, and it felt more like a closet. i expected some kind of upgrade for all my troubles, yet nothing was offered. also, the extractor fan was hanging by a string, literally, very charming! but just couldn’t recommend.

Clean and spacious room with a superb sea view made for a delightful stay. The attentive staff, including help with local recommendations, added a personal touch to the experience. Enjoyed the complimentary bottled water and Turkish tea, which were nice perks after exploring nearby attractions, though the absence of an elevator was a minor inconvenience when navigating floors with luggage.

Couple with great service
The staff were super friendly, especially with our late check-in. They even offered us free water upon arrival which was a nice touch after a long trip. The location was amazing, only a short walk to the blue mosque and several great restaurants.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but the experience overall made it alright.

Perfect Location and Comfortable Stay
I had a fantastic stay with a super cozy room that had everything we needed and an amazing view of the historical parts of the city. The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially Sergey, who helped us navigate our itinerary and recommended some great local spots for food and sightseeing. It was a bit of a hassle that there was no elevator, but the overall experience made up for it.

The day staff person was exceptionally welcoming and took the time to review our itinerary, suggesting improvements for a more enjoyable stay. Their recommendations for local restaurants and street food were top-notch and enhanced our experience significantly.
The lower level room had an issue with several bedside lights not turning off overnight.
